Nothing beats human connection! Through this pandemic we all learned how important it is to see each other face-to-face. We also learned the importance and vitality of physical and mental health. Through a safe, effective, and thorough one-on-one setting, we will meet at a location of your choice -- either at your home, an outdoor location, or at my private fitness studio located in the Hell's Kitchen. Sessions include: ▪ Fully adjustable fitness plan designed based off of your goals and possible previous limitations or concerns. ▪ On the spot feedback that focuses on optimal form in a dynamic and static posture. Your safety Is my priority. ▪ Results based weekly progression check ins focusing on baseline measurements including Range of motion, BMI calculation, Ventilatory threshold indicators and more.
